SIAscopy
SIAscopy is a multispectral imaging technology that measures the biological components responsible for skin appearance.
Unlike standard photography—which captures only visible light and describes what the skin looks like—SIAscopy analyzes how light interacts with the skin to quantify the concentration and spatial distribution of key chromophores, including collagen, melanin and hemoglobin.
These chromophores are the primary determinants of skin colour and structure. By measuring them directly, SIAscopy provides insight into the underlying biology that drives what is visible on the surface.
Scope Kits
Our Scope Kits are comprised of a SIAscope, a Clinical Camera and our DermSecure operational software, all of which are portable and easily managed from a single laptop. SIAscope
The SIAscope is a multispectral imaging device that captures subsurface skin data by measuring key chromophores, including melanin, hemoglobin, and collagen.
By revealing biological patterns beneath the surface of the skin, the SIAscope generates detailed maps that support more informed evaluation of lesion structure, pigmentation, and vascularity.
This enables clinicians and research teams to move beyond surface-level assessment and incorporate objective, data-driven insight into clinical evaluation, triage, and longitudinal analysis.

HD Clinical Camera
The HD Clinical Camera captures high-resolution images of skin lesions, providing clear visual context for clinical assessment.
Used in conjunction with the SIAscope system, it enables direct correlation between surface-level imaging and subsurface chromophore data—supporting more informed evaluation of skin structure, pigmentation, and vascular patterns.
Together, this integrated imaging approach enhances the accuracy and consistency of image-based assessment within the DermSecure platform.
